ALL SALES ON CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL!!!
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer a refund. (Customers will have to pay for shipping and handling of returned items.) Returns are ONLY accepted for specific items such as bundles, and closures. Returns are only accepted within 48HRS of the day your item was delivered. You may not return: sale items, sunglasses, jewelry, beauty products or hair tools. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable (unless the wrong item was shipped).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered in any way and with original tags attached. It must be in the same condition in which you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48 hours of receiving the returned merchandise.
