Adjustable Cap

All wigs are made with an adjustable wig cap with built in straps along with an adjustable band. If you would like a dome cap, you can request this via email or text. The request for dome cap must be sent within 24hrs of placing your order.

Shipping Information

Once you place your order, please allow at least 5-7 business days for your wig to ship. If custom services (custom color, customization/styling) are added, please allow at least 10-14 business days as these services take time. Rush order add-ons are available for 3 day turnaround or 5-7 day turnaround if order is urgent and you need custom services completed and your order delivered by a specific date. This date request must be communicated with me to be confirmed. Rush orders include appropriate shipping to guarantee requested delivery.

You will receive an email confirmation of the shipment of your order. If you add on any custom services, you will also recieve photos of your wig before it ships. For faster communication, please text 803-800-1190 with your full name and order information if you have any questions.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Although all sales are final, if you notify us via email within 24hrs of recieving your order with any issues, we will be happy to help. We ask that you order your wig using all information provided to you above. Should you have any questions or need clarification, please reach out to the number above before ordering.

Should you need to return your order, you have 48hrs after delivery to do so and recieve a refund. Merchandise MUST be unworn, unmanipulated and returned in it’s original packaging.

Please allow atleast 72hrs for email responses. If you do not recieve a response within this time-frame or the matter is urgent, please reach out via text to the business number provided in case your email was overlooked.

Shipping Time

Shipping for custom wig orders takes about 10-14 business days, so please order in advance. Your wig will be custom made and tailored to your preference so please understand that this takes some time.

Care Instructions

We know it's not our hair, but it's important to treat our wig/hair investments as if they are our own! That way they can last years and you get your money's worth. Be sure to book "Wig Rejuvenation" service with Rushelle every 3 months (or as needed). You can also book "Closure Replacement" service as needed over time.
